Reading with a little personal stuff on the side.
I’ve just picked up an eReader and in searching the web for help, I found there wasn’t much to find. This started out as a personal site to centralize the few links that I’d stumbled across and record some of my impressions. It is my hope that anyone who trips across this site finds some of the information useful.
Please leave comments, they are lots of fun and do help me to adjust this site.
The reviews are sorted into Books – traditional, and eBooks – electronic data texts. Also, most every eBook is a “Free eBook”, defined as either in the Public Domain, or the Copyright has expired. Links to Free eBook sites are not sites that provide current best sellers at no cost, but rather provide really, really, old best sellers at no cost. You know, the books your GrandParents read. Let me assure you, if someone took the time to actually type all that text into a computer, then format it to current eBook file formats, there’s a reason for it. I don’t know the reason, but so far I’ve appreciated that someone has taken the effort to do all that work.
In regards to reviews, I will always make an effort to NEVER give away the ending, or the intrigue of the book being reviewed, so at times my posts will be ambiguous and I hope you will excuse that. I will also try to not rate a book, but will pass along a like or dislike, recommend, or not.
Also, if you have suggestions, send them along, every recommendation is a good recommendation!
